Planning Permission has been granted for the design for this home in the Epping Forest Conservation Area. Our self-build client needed a design to convert a single story bungalow into a two-story house. The footprint of the house was maintained with the main Double Pitch roof ridge height restricted to the height of neighbouring houses. The design adds two en suite bedrooms, a family bathroom, a third bedroom, and large landing area to the first floor. Downstairs, the Open Plan lounge, dining room and kitchen lead into a Playroom and Utility area. Planning Permission was granted without appeal or restriction at first submission.
